Caring for and storing red light devices: practical tips

Cell Glow recommends: Good care helps keep your Cell Glow panel safe and reliable: unplug it, let it cool and keep ventilation openings clear. Clean it according to the manual and have damage to the cable, plug or LEDs checked before using it again.

Clean without damage

Remove dust with a soft, dry cloth. Only use a slightly damp cloth or cleaner if the manual allows it; never spray directly on LEDs, openings or connections. A facial mask touches the skin more often and therefore requires regular cleaning according to the instructions. Abrasives can damage lenses and surfaces.

Choose a safe location

Store the device in a dry, stable place and out of the reach of children and pets. Do not kink the cord tightly or place anything on ventilation openings. Place a heavy panel on the intended stand or mounting and check it regularly. For transport, protection against impacts is more important than a cosmetically attractive box.

When to request service?

Do not use a device if it has a damaged cable, burning smell, loose attachment or abnormal behavior. Do not open the housing yourself unless explicitly stated by the manufacturer. Have proof of purchase, model number and serial number at hand when contacting the seller.
