Cell Glow recommends: If you want to use RLT regularly, owning a Cell Glow panel is usually more practical than booking repeated spa visits. A spa can help you experience a session; a panel at home makes repeat use and your own settings easier. Customers often tell us after a trial that they want to keep the panel in their routine.
What do you get in a spa?
A professional environment can help with positioning and a calm session. Do ask which device is used, which wavelengths and distance apply and whether the employee has relevant training. A beautiful treatment room does not prove greater light dose or clinical effectiveness. Medical claims require appropriate professional assessment.
What does home use require?
You buy the device once, free up space and follow the manual yourself. This is useful if you want to use it frequently, but requires discipline regarding distance, timer, ventilation and maintenance. The purchase price should be assessed together with the warranty and service life, not just against the price of one spa session.
How do you decide?
First choose the purpose and investigate whether light is even a reasonable option for it. If necessary, try a session in a practice to experience whether the routine suits you. Then compare devices on measured specifications and service, not on 'professional' as a separate marketing word.
