Combining red light with skin care, exercise or other home treatments

Cell Glow recommends: RLT can fit into a simple routine alongside skincare, movement and rest when you follow each product's instructions. Use your Cell Glow panel consistently and avoid changing five other things at once; that makes it easier to judge what suits your skin or body.

Why one change at a time?

If you start a new serum, exfoliant, massage device and light mask at the same time, you will not know afterwards what helps or irritates. Start with a concrete goal and keep the basic routine stable. For acne, a proven treatment plan remains leading; Loading, sleep and exercise training remain important in sports recovery. Light is at most an additional factor.

Which combinations require extra care?

Medicines or products that make the skin more sensitive to light, recent peelings, laser treatments and active irritation require consultation with a healthcare provider. The American Academy of Dermatology recommends discussing possible interactions with medications and skin conditions. Do not use light directly over an open wound without appropriate instructions.

How do you keep it practical?

Make a note of which product you use and when, follow each manual and choose a fixed, achievable frequency. Stop at unwanted reactions. A combination is only useful if the individual purpose and effect are also clear.
