Warranty on a red light device: what can you expect?

Cell Glow recommends: Before buying, look beyond the warranty period to who will help if something goes wrong. Cell Glow can explain manuals, service and the terms for your model; keep your proof of purchase and report a defect promptly.

What does the legal warranty cover?

The product must correspond to what was promised and function normally. The seller is your first point of contact if a defect occurs. The precise remedy may be repair, replacement, price reduction or refund according to the applicable terms and conditions. Save invoice, delivery date and correspondence.

What do you read in a commercial warranty?

Check the duration, which parts are covered, who pays shipping costs and how quickly service is carried out. A manufacturer-only warranty may provide additional benefits, but should not reduce legal rights against the seller. Also pay attention to exclusions for misuse or changes you make yourself.

What questions do you ask before purchasing?

Is there a point of contact in the EU? Can the power supply, remote control and LEDs be repaired separately? What happens in case of transport damage? A clear answer is a practical quality characteristic that often says more than a large but vague number of 'warranty years'.
